Feel free to move this if needed. I stumbled upon this forum through Tumblr. I thought this question would be appropriate here.
For the past few days, a user has been harassing me on one of my fics. I sent an abuse ticket yesterday detailing what had happened to me.
I have a couple of questions about this process.

For the past few days, a user has been harassing me on one of my fics. I sent an abuse ticket yesterday detailing what had happened to me.
I have a couple of questions about this process.
- I understand how abuse tickets are processed and reviewed, but how long does it take to an abuse ticket to be reviewed (if anyone knows)?
- I've been keeping the harassing comments on my fic until the abuse ticket is reviewed. Should I continue to do that, or can I delete them prior to the review? These comments bother me. (Also, I've been saving my comment emails.)
