FFA discussed back in July about board member attendance at meetings (http://fail-fandomanon.livejournal.com/35341.html?thread=163569421#t163569421). Meetings missed as of that point, out of 19: 8 Ira Gladkova 1 Kristen Murphy 10 Francesca Coppa 4 Julia Beck 8 Naomi Novik 1 Nikisha Sanders 4 Jenny Scott-Thompson Meetings missed (%): 45% - Ira Gladkova 5% - Kristen Murphy 50% - Francesca Coppa 20% - Julia Beck 45% - Naomi Novik 5% - Nikisha Sanders 20% - Jenny Scott-Thompson Without having anything against NN and FC as people, I think it was obvious they didn't have the time needed to devote to the OTW. It's good they're stepping aside and allowing for the possibility of board members who can do the work. On the other hand, it's kind of a bummer they waited until after being re-elected to do it. I'm sure CM and MB are lovely people, but it would be nice to have been able to vote for them instead of getting them by appointment. Plus IA with the anon in fail-fandomanon.livejournal.com/46424.html?thread=213064280#t213064280 who said it would be nice to know their feelings on the policy questions that were asked during the election.
